About VisaForma
VisaForma is an online visa application service. Travelers check what a destination requires for their passport, see the government fee and the VisaForma service fee separately, and then complete one guided application flow instead of re-typing the same passport and trip details into several government portals.
The service launched for Turkish passport holders and now also serves Indian passport holders. Every destination we support has its own route page with the current requirements, the documents you need, typical processing times and the price before you start.
Who operates VisaForma
VisaForma is a trading name of Jet Sharing Mobility LLC., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. The registered office is at 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 1382, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. Company and merchant details are published in full in the Legal Notice.
What we do
- Check visa requirements for a passport and destination pair and show them in plain language.
- Collect the applicant's details once, validate them, and prepare the government application from them.
- Review the application and supporting documents with automated checks and human reviewers before filing.
- Submit the application to the official portal where the service package includes filing, and track its status.
- Keep the applicant informed about information requests, decisions and delivered documents.
What we do not do
VisaForma is an independent private company. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or official visa application center, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, and VisaForma does not issue visas, residence permits or travel authorizations and cannot guarantee approval, appointment availability or processing dates.
Official forms are available directly from every government, sometimes free of charge. Customers are always free to apply directly without using VisaForma; our service fee pays for preparation, checking and filing assistance and is always shown separately from the government fee.
Languages and markets
The global homepage is in English. The Turkey market serves Turkish and English, the India market serves English and Hindi. Every public page is available under a URL of the form /{locale}/{market} or /{locale}/{market}/{direction}; the full list of public pages is in the sitemap.

The same catalog that powers the site is available through a public, read-only API, and every public page can be fetched as Markdown. See the developer documentation and llms.txt.
