What VisaForma provides

VisaForma is an independent private provider of visa-application preparation and administrative assistance. Depending on the service selected, VisaForma may:

  • provide application checklists and general procedural information;
  • collect and organize information supplied by the customer;
  • prepare draft application forms and supporting-document packages;
  • review application materials using automated tools and human reviewers;
  • identify missing, inconsistent, or potentially incorrect information;
  • provide reminders and administrative status tracking;
  • assist with appointments or submissions where expressly included, legally permitted, and available;
  • coordinate independent service partners where disclosed to the customer.

No government affiliation

VisaForma is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or official visa application center. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority unless expressly stated.

Official forms and information may be available directly from the relevant government or visa authority, sometimes without charge. Customers are free to apply directly without using VisaForma.

VisaForma does not issue visas, residence permits, travel authorizations, or government documents. All decisions are made solely by the relevant government, consulate, embassy, border authority, or authorized visa center.

No guarantee

VisaForma does not guarantee:

  • approval of an application;
  • issuance or validity of a visa or travel authorization;
  • appointment availability;
  • processing or decision dates;
  • admission to any country;
  • any particular decision by an authority.

Any processing date, preparation date, approval estimate, or probability shown on the website is informational and is not a promise or guarantee.

Fees

The VisaForma service fee is separate from government, consular, visa-center, appointment, courier, insurance, translation, and other third-party fees.

Before payment, the checkout will identify:

  • the service being purchased;
  • the VisaForma service fee;
  • applicable taxes;
  • any third-party fee collected by VisaForma;
  • any known government fee;
  • the total amount charged by VisaForma.

Fees payable directly to an authority or third party are not part of the VisaForma service fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
