VisaForma may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to:

- detect inconsistencies;
- prepare draft responses or forms;
- assist human reviewers.
These tools do not make government visa decisions. VisaForma does not use automated processing to guarantee or determine visa approval.
Where appropriate, you may request human review of an automated output before submission.
7. Who receives information
We may share information with:
- hosting, storage, security, communications, and customer-support providers;
- payment processors and fraud-prevention providers;
- document-processing and artificial-intelligence service providers;
- independent local agencies or administrative partners involved in the service you requested;
- translators, couriers, insurers, or appointment providers selected or approved by you;
- embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, border authorities, visa centers, or their contractors when submission is requested and permitted;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel;
- regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or tax authorities where legally required;
- a buyer or successor in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may use information only for the authorized service or as otherwise permitted by law.
We do not sell passport files or application documents. We do not disclose them to advertisers for targeted advertising.
8. International transfers
Jet Sharing Mobility Inc. is based in the United States. Our providers, partners, and the government authority relevant to your application may be located outside Türkiye or outside your country of residence.
As a result, personal information may be transferred internationally.
Where required, we use a legally recognized transfer mechanism, contractual safeguard, authority decision, or explicit consent. We will provide additional information about a specific transfer mechanism on request where legally required.
If a service requires transfer of application documents to a destination authority or overseas partner, we may ask for a separate confirmation or consent before the transfer.
9. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Unless a longer period is legally required, our intended retention periods are:
- active application files: for the duration of the case;
- uploaded passport and application documents: up to 180 days after case completion;
- account profile: while the account is active and up to 2 years after closure;
- support communications: up to 3 years;
- payment, invoice, consent, tax, and accounting records: up to 7 years;
- security and fraud records: up to 5 years;
- analytics data: according to the period shown in the cookie settings, normally no more than 14 months.
We may retain limited information longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or establish legal claims.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely restrict further use.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

VisaForma accounts and purchases must be created by adults.
Where an application concerns a minor, the parent, guardian, or authorized adult is responsible for providing the minor's information and any required authorization.
14. Third-party websites
Our website may link to government authorities, visa centers, payment providers, or other third-party websites.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. VisaForma is not responsible for third-party websites.
