Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VisaForma, including the website, customer account, application tools, document-review services, administrative assistance, and related customer support.

VisaForma is operated by Jet Sharing Mobility Inc. By creating an account, placing an order, or using a paid service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

VisaForma is a trading name of:

Jet Sharing Mobility Inc. is the seller and contracting party unless the checkout expressly identifies another provider for a specific third-party service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

If an application concerns a minor or another person, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide their information and request the service.

You may not use VisaForma to impersonate another person, submit false information, create or alter fraudulent documents, evade immigration rules, or facilitate unlawful activity.

3. Nature of the service

VisaForma provides private visa-application preparation and administrative assistance.

Depending on the package selected, our service may include:

personalized document checklists;
guided collection of application information;
preparation of draft forms;
organization and formatting of supporting documents;
automated and human completeness checks;
identification of missing or inconsistent information;
administrative answers and reminders;
status tracking;
appointment or submission assistance where expressly included and legally permitted;
coordination with disclosed independent service partners.

The exact scope, destination, estimated preparation period, price, and any included third-party service will be displayed before purchase.

VisaForma is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or individualized legal advice unless a separately identified licensed professional has expressly agreed to do so.

4. Government and third-party services

VisaForma is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or official visa center.

Government authorities and authorized visa centers control:

application eligibility;
required documents;
appointment availability;
government fees;
processing times;
interviews and biometric collection;
approvals, refusals, and document validity;
border admission decisions.

Requirements may change without notice. You must review the official government information for your destination before applying and traveling.

Some services may involve an independent local agency, courier, insurer, translator, appointment provider, or visa center. Before you purchase a separately chargeable third-party service, we will disclose its nature and price. Where a third party contracts directly with you, its own terms may also apply.

VisaForma does not buy, sell, or guarantee unlawfully obtained appointment slots.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information;
provide genuine documents that have not been unlawfully altered;
review all forms before submission;
notify us promptly of errors or changes;
respond to reasonable requests for additional information;
attend required appointments, interviews, or biometric sessions;
comply with all instructions and deadlines imposed by authorities;
obtain any required translations, insurance, bookings, or original documents;
confirm that you are legally permitted to share all submitted personal information.

You remain responsible for the final accuracy of your application. We will not knowingly submit information that appears false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete.

We may suspend or terminate the service if we reasonably suspect fraud, identity misuse, document falsification, sanctions violations, or other unlawful conduct.

6. Application review and artificial intelligence

VisaForma may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to organize information, identify inconsistencies, and assist human reviewers.

Automated tools do not make visa decisions and cannot determine how a government authority will decide an application.

You should review all generated or pre-filled information before approving or submitting it. Where appropriate, VisaForma may require human review before a prepared application is treated as complete.

7. Orders and contract formation

Information displayed before checkout is an invitation to place an order.

Your contract with Jet Sharing Mobility Inc. is formed when:

you submit the order;
payment is authorized or another payment arrangement is accepted; and
we send an order confirmation or begin providing the requested service.

We may reject or cancel an order before work begins if we cannot lawfully or reasonably provide the service. In that case, amounts paid for the unavailable service will be refunded.

A copy of the pre-contract information and order confirmation will be sent electronically or made available in your account.

8. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed before checkout. The total amount charged by VisaForma will be shown before you confirm payment.

The total will distinguish, where applicable:

the VisaForma service fee;
applicable taxes;
fees collected for a disclosed third-party service;
government or visa-center fees collected on your behalf.

Unless explicitly stated, government and visa-center fees are not included in the VisaForma service fee.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or cross-border fee. VisaForma does not control those charges.

VisaForma does not provide a recurring subscription unless the checkout expressly states that a service renews automatically and identifies the renewal terms.

Payments may be processed by authorized payment service providers. VisaForma generally does not receive or store your complete card number.

9. Performance and estimated timelines

We may begin work after payment and after receiving the information needed to perform the service.

Any date displayed as a preparation or delivery estimate is an estimate only. It is not a guaranteed government decision date or visa issuance date.

Delays may arise from:

incomplete or inaccurate information;
customer response time;
authority or visa-center changes;
appointment availability;
technical interruptions;
third-party service availability;
force majeure events.

If customer action is required, the estimated period may be paused until that action is completed.

10. Appointments and submissions

Where appointment assistance is included, VisaForma will make reasonable administrative efforts to identify or coordinate an available appointment through lawful channels.

Appointment availability is controlled by third parties and is not guaranteed.

Some applications require the applicant to:

appear in person;
provide fingerprints or other biometrics;
sign an official form;
present original documents;
attend an interview;
submit or collect a passport personally.

VisaForma cannot perform these actions in your place unless this is expressly permitted by law and accepted by the relevant authority.

Where submission by an authorized representative is permitted and included, you may be asked to provide a separate authorization.

11. Changes requested by the customer

Reasonable corrections within the purchased scope are included until the earlier of:

your approval of the prepared application;
submission of the application;
completion of the purchased service.

A new destination, application type, applicant, or material change of circumstances may require a new order or additional fee. Any additional fee will be disclosed before it is charged.

12. Cancellations, withdrawal, and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where mandatory consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, that right will apply regardless of any inconsistent provision in these Terms.

If you expressly request that we begin performing the service during a statutory withdrawal period:

you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work completed before withdrawal;
after the service has been fully performed, your withdrawal right may end if you gave the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment.

A refusal, delay, shortened validity period, or other unfavorable decision by an authority does not by itself mean the VisaForma service was defective.

13. Customer communications

You agree that we may send transactional communications needed to provide the service, including:

order confirmations;
document requests;
appointment and deadline reminders;
security notices;
service-status updates;
responses to support requests.

Marketing messages require a separate legal basis or consent where required. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting transactional communications.

14. Intellectual property

The VisaForma website, software, designs, workflows, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to Jet Sharing Mobility Inc.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own lawful application.

You may download and use your own application documents. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit VisaForma's software or proprietary content.

Official government forms and materials remain subject to the rights and terms of the relevant authorities.

15. Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will not materially reduce a paid service already in progress without offering a reasonable alternative or appropriate refund for the unperformed part.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaForma provides administrative assistance and does not warrant that:

information from third-party or government sources is always current;
an application will be accepted as complete;
an appointment will be available;
an authority will approve an application;
a traveler will be admitted at the border.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jet Sharing Mobility Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost travel costs, lost bookings, lost profits, or missed opportunities, arising from a government decision, appointment unavailability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For claims arising from a paid service, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to VisaForma for the affected service.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where applicable.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Complaints

Please include:

your name;
order or case number;
a description of the issue;
the outcome you are requesting.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

You may also use any consumer complaint or dispute-resolution mechanism available under mandatory law in your country.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any non-waivable rights or protections available under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.

Any dispute may be brought before a court or consumer authority having lawful jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes.

The version accepted at the time of your order will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
