Contact VisaForma

VisaForma customer support handles questions about visa requirements, an application in progress, payments, refunds and the status of a filed application. Support is provided by the operating company, Jet Sharing Mobility LLC., and is answered in English, Turkish and Hindi.

Customer support

  • E-mail: account@visaforma.com — the primary support channel for every question, complaint or data request. Please include the e-mail address you used for your application; we cannot discuss an application with anyone else.
  • Phone: +1 (844) 745-7073 — for urgent questions about an application that is already in progress.
  • In-product chat: signed-in customers can message the support team from their account and status pages; the conversation is attached to the application so the reviewer sees the full context.

We aim to answer every e-mail within one business day. Questions about a filed application may take longer when we are waiting for the government authority.

Legal and privacy requests

Requests under data protection law (access, correction, deletion, objection), complaints and legal correspondence go to the same e-mail address, account@visaforma.com, marked as a privacy or legal request. Turkish residents can also use the KVKK application form. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.

The registered office is provided for legal correspondence only. It is not a walk-in customer service location and it does not accept passports or application documents; everything is handled online.
